We provide a range of Market Based Services to our clients, including Market Analysis, Market Research and Market Intelligence to help our clients understand their situation and thus make informed, well-thought out business decisions. We also conduct Technology Assessments to help clients determine understand how their technology compares with the competition, or how well it is positioned to meet and/or exceed market requirements.

Regardless of which service fits your needs, their purpose is the same:  (1) determine there is a significant and long term Government market niche into which your firm can sell services, and (2) help you determine how your services and core competencies might be tailored to address that market niche.

Our Market Base Services are customized – scoped specifically to meet your objectives and fit within your budget.  We don’t prepare or utilize canned market information.  Instead we conduct our own research using primary and secondary sources, often beginning with searching and coalescing public records/information and eventually working directly with subject matter experts in the appropriate market segment.  We use this approach to prepare a written presentation (narrative or PowerPoint) on your company letterhead for your internal purposes.
