ClientView LLC A new joint venture
Gary Dunbar and Jim Tierney joined forces in 2008 to
assist clients that focus on the US Government
Market Place. Taking advantage of a decade of
professional collaboration, they formed ClientView
LLC to combine their talents, experiences and
respective networks for more effective service than
through a simple affinity relationship. In September
2010 Karin Pomerantz and Kathryn Cordeiro, partners
at KPincConsulting, joined our firm - greatly
expanding our capability and capacity to serve our
clients.
All services described below are provided
under a ClientView LLC standard contract and a
non-disclosure agreement.

Strategic Planning
Growth Strategy Planning Retreats
We collaborate with you to define specific
objectives for the retreat, gather and analyze
relevant information, design the retreat meeting
plan, prepare retreat materials (slides, posters,
handouts, workbooks, etc), and facilitate the
retreat sessions and follow-up with a participant
assessment of the retreat’s effectiveness.
Capture Planning
Supporting your firm’s efforts to win critically
important or strategic new contracts is the focus of
our collaboration with you on capture planning,
sales calls or events, discriminator development,
win strategy development, teaming strategy, and
other pre-RFP activities.
Growth Strategy - Development and Implementation
Planning, managing, creating and producing a
proposal designed to win is the key element in the
implementation of your revenue growth strategy and a
task that ClientView can fully support with proposal
managers, writers and graphic artists.
Proposal Services
Full services proposal support from Capture Planning
and Positioning through Preparation, Writing and
Submittal. We have a full cadre of talented writers,
editors, reviewers, desktop publishing professionals
and graphic artists to support any proposal task.
Market Research
Our
research staff and extensive network can obtain,
assess and provide the information you need to make
informative business development investment
decisions.
Training
Web-Based Training
Sessions must be scheduled at least two-weeks in
advance and are typically offered on Tuesdays or
Wednesdays. Special days/times may be arranged under
special circumstances but require more notice and
may require an additional charge. Contact us

In-Office Training/Coaching
Sessions must be scheduled at least four-weeks in
advance. Integrating your firm’s materials,
proposals and opportunities into the exercises and
delivering the training session is included in the
